Ronnie
Director, Sales & Development
Ronnie manages the day to day work at Evolution in DesignZ. As Chief Project Manager, he works directly with clients to plan their website, guiding them along the way on how to make their websites and apps more user friendly, attractive and successful.
He has over 14 years of experience in project management, web based systems architecture and team management. Ronnie is able to quickly identify the most powerful and simple website solution or platform for app development for any client, while balancing budget and deadline restraints.
Vivek
Digital Project Manager
Vivek manages the delivery of new projects from initiation to completion, as well as the day to day maintence and support. He enjoys working with clients directly to deliver the highest value; while ensuring quality and schedule are maintained. Vivek ensures Use Cases and Requirements are authored, Developement sprints are planned, and QA and UAT are performed at the highest levels.
Vivek has been working in Project Management for more then 10 years in a variety of industries, and worked within the digital agency space for more then 5 years; with focus on Web and App Development, User Experience, and SEO/SEM.
Jennifer
Digital Account Manager
Jennifer is one of the first people new clients speak with at Evolution in DesignZ. She has a background in digital marketing sales and is very passionate about building and maintaining strong, long lasting client relationships. Working closely with both project managers, her main role is to establish a clear understanding of any given project and to communicate all client requests to the design and development teams.
She has 5 years experience in client relations and digital account management, and realizes the importance of ensuring a successful delivery of projects according to client needs and objectives; on time and within budget.

Denis
Team Lead, Development
Denis leads the development team at Evolution in DesignZ. Working with web development since his first internship after high school, Denis brings over 12 years of experience in web development using technologies such as PHP, ASP.Net, Ajax, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, database management and architecture experience to our team.
Denis has a strong background in web marketing, social media and SEO/SEM strategies which allows him to review content and ensure best practices are implemented on all of the project he works on.
Peyman
Senior Full Stack Developer
Peyman brings Many years of PHP developing and architecture experience to Evolution in DesignZ, with specific focus on Laravel, JavaScript, PHP framewroks, Golang, Python Django, Java, Vuejs, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, Rest API’s and android native developing.
Peyman in interested in Machine learning and AI and is developing apps in python as a hobby, as well as breaking random objects in the office.
Claudio
Senior .NET & PHP Developer
Claudio works as part of the development team here at Evo, bringing a strong background in .Net Development. He has the knowledge and expertise to develop and upgrade company projects through the implementation of new technologies. He is also well versed in PHP, and is passionate about architecture and back-end development.
Claudio recently became a part of the Evolution in DesignZ team. He is extremely enthusiastic and likes to start the day off with team handshakes.
Liam
Junior PHP Developer
Liam is a recent addition to the development team, having just graduated from Durham College’s Computer Programmer Analyst program where he also worked as a Research Assistant. He primarily works creating functionality for websites and apps using Laravel and JavaScript.
Liam has been developing web applications for himself sense he was in high school, and is always looking to learn the latest technology.
Sam

Sam recently joined our programming team as a native android app developer with over 4 years of experience.
Having worked with other popular languages such as Java and Apple Swift, he is flexible enough to help the dev team create projects based on new future-proof technologies such as Hybrid App development with React Native.
Sam is also a enthusiast for mobile applications design and always tries to stay up to date with the latest design trends, especially Google’s Material Design!

Milan is our resident User Interface, User Experience (UI/UX) expert. A multi-talented graphic designer with extensive experience in marketing, print and digital formats, he brings a fresh contemporary perspective to our clients helping to articulate their branding strategies.
Specializing in eye-catching designs, intelligent web site navigation, and interpreting the needs of diverse demographics; Milan converts ideas and concepts into stunning contemporary designs.
Daria
Logo, Graphic & Web Designer
Daria is our graphic designer, web designer and WordPress designer. Versatile and multitalented, she helps turn ideas into a living entity, from creative concept through to final design. Daria specializes in logo design, branding, web design and illustration, bringing in artistic skills, and extensive knowledge of layout principles and visual communications.
Passionate and attentive to details, she is a thorough professional who understands client requirements and delivers over and above expectations.
Slava
Front End Developer
Slava is our Front End Developer, bringing more than 10 years of expertise to the Evolution in DesignZ team. His specializes in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue.js, and jQuery. He has experience in all aspects of web development from basic html/css coding to creating full scale web applications.
Slava began working in web development after graduating from University. He is constantly looking for opportunities to improve his skills to be on the forefront of technology, and implement the latest strategies in web development.
